POLITICS AND HUMANITY IFJ - INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF JOURNALISTS Politics and humanity. If politics and policy are conducted in a way that supports the well-being and happiness of nations, then there will be no poverty, destitution, or chaos in those societies because people are happy, and happy people produce and participate in production. This brings prosperity to both their state and their own society. But if politics and policy are used to enrich those in power, to protect and enrich their families, then society becomes impoverished, and peace is disrupted. Because politics is seen as a means of enrichment for those in power, the people are poor and destitute. The easiest way to deceive people is through religion; politics is conducted using religion, and people are exploited to gain power. When this happens, the rule of law disappears, and human rights are undermined. In other words, people are exploited using religion; poverty, misery, corruption, and lawlessness engulf society like a nightmare. Those who govern the country commit all kinds of immorality using religion, and all of this is done in the name of religion.
