IFJ - INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF JOURNALIST Law and Justice in Turkey have been suspended. Because they are trying to interne those who would rival Tayyip Erdoğan using the law. Because it has now become clear that the arrest of Ekrem İmamoğlu was political. Because the attempt to launch an investigation against Mansur Yavaş if Ekrem İmamoğlu is sentenced shows this. This can be understood as his desire to run as the sole candidate in the presidential election. Now, the legal game played to obstruct Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş has begun. The world must speak out against this. It has become clear that political journalism cannot be practiced in Türkiye anymore.
