The Supreme Election Council is the institution responsible for election security in the Republic of Turkey. Its decisions cannot be disputed. Lawsuits cannot be filed. Two years ago, the main opposition party annulled the referendum by an unauthorized court. Unsealed envelopes were used in the referendum, which marked the change of regime. Unsealed votes were cast. Considering this situation, all opposition parties have the right to file a lawsuit against the government. If the law has not been politicized, they should respond positively to this complaint. Currently, the government is running an unjust government, meaning the government has lost its legitimacy. Every decision they make is null and void, meaning the authority they exercise has no legitimacy. If a lawsuit is filed, a trustee must be appointed to the presidency because the power they hold stems from the dubious referendum. If this is confirmed, they will not return. Those in office will definitely have to be prosecuted because they are implementing the law of an illegitimate government. This unlawful situation is unconstitutional. It is against the law and the diploma should be re-examined and a final decision should be made. The diploma is not a legal diploma.
