IFJ - INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF JOURNALIST
The government in Turkey is attempting to implement controlled chaos, that is, to intimidate the public who do not support the government.
1- To exert excessive pressure on society.
2- To use the legal stick in its hand.
3- To incite the public to revolt.
4- There is an effort to pit the military and police against the public and indefinitely cancel the elections.
The aim is to avoid the elections. They are trying to achieve this. Their nightmare is the main opposition party, the CHP.
The efforts to weaken the party continue unabated. The main opposition party is resisting with the support of the public, and a large protest rally will be held in Ankara on September 14th at 5:00 PM.
But I fear that this controlled chaos could become uncontrollable. This is what the government wants.
In other words, everything is a power play to prevent the opposition from gaining power.
I am very worried about what will happen tomorrow.
