IFJ-INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF JOURNALIST Gürsel Tekin is currently usurping rights and demanding the annulment of the Ankara Court's trustee decision, and the lack of jurisdiction of the Istanbul Court has been registered. Gürsel Tekin will definitely be prosecuted. There is no escape from this. No one can establish a position for themselves because their legal existence is nullified after the court's decision. Here, the Istanbul Governor's Office Police Chief is violating the law. The vehicles and equipment destroyed in the CHP Istanbul building will be paid to Gürsel Tekin as a result of the detection. He is openly committing the crime of insulting and abolishing the law. He will be prosecuted for this crime as well. Then, he will not be able to protect himself from those he trusted. The evidence is clear. The detection reports are clear. So, there is no chance of escape. This is neither Malaysia nor Singapore. This is the Republic of Türkiye.
