IFJ - INTERNATINAL FEDERATION OF JOURNALIST. Today in Muğla, there was a Great Nature Rally. Olive Trees are being uprooted. The people's lands are being taken away. These are all companies with foreign partners, all in search of gold. They are killing nature, and when the people rebel, gendarmes are deployed against them. So, today, the people showed their resistance against the government. They are searching for minerals in Canada and Alaska. You can't uproot a single bush. You can't uproot a tree. In Canada, even picking a flower is punishable, but in Turkey, the forest is being slaughtered. And by the government. In which country in the world are flowing streams built and dried up? Where has it been seen that canned goods are being used to interfere with people's attire? Concerts are being banned. Where has it been seen that a singer's song is being denied? It's against morality. Who are you to interfere with people's attire? Who are you to impose my clothing style on me? Who are you to impose my religion on us?
