IFJ-INTERNATIONAL FEDERAQTION OF JOURNALIST Murat Çalık, President, awaits death in prison because he has cancer and is not willing to confess. Presidential candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu, who refused to testify against him, is expected to die in prison. Birtürlü is not released from prison, he is not put under house arrest because he is not willing to confess. Cancer-stricken Mayor Murat Çalık is being killed in prison for his own tolerance. The government doesn't care. The mayor's mother is crying in the hospital, saying, "Don't kill my son." He did nothing to anyone. He only served his people as mayor. Because he is the mayor of the opposition party. Because he is a close friend of Ekram İmamoğlu, they are resisting with a thirst for revenge to prevent Sırıf Ekrem İmamoğlu from becoming president.
