I'm thinking, where are we celebrating? Is there press freedom? Is censorship over? I'm thinking about these things in Turkey. Unfortunately, there is no press freedom for neutral or opposition press. Tl1 TV is being shut down for five days. Just before that, Sözcü TV was shut down for ten days. Is there anything to say? Happy Press Day.

Türkiye: Authorities must end unlawful proceedings against the Istanbul Bar Association 29 Jan 2025 | Advocacy, News istanbul-bar-e1736938363638 The International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) expresses concern over the criminal proceedings initiated against the Istanbul Bar Association, including its President, İbrahim Kaboğlu, and members of its executive board. To let people know what they don't hear, to show them what they don't see. Now, fake diploma gangs have emerged in Turkey. They have given fake diplomas to thousands of people. Some are professors, some are judges, some are engineers. These events are making headlines on TV. I spent years struggling to study, and now diplomas are being sold for money, and those who receive them work for the government. Isn't this journalistic news?
