DEAR FRIENDS, HUGE TURKISH NATION.
The government does not recognize the Constitution that is currently in force, that is, it ignores the Republic of Turkey
It bans the marches and demonstrations that are constitutional rights for the people, and it violates the Constitution. It also ignores the decision of the Constitutional Court, that is, the decision given about the arrested Labor Party deputy
There is no court above the Constitutional Court, and the Constitution is officially repealed, and this means that the AKP
must be closed. Because it ignores the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, and this is a situation that constitutes grounds for closure. The Constitution is the fundamental basis of our State. No one can act in a manner contrary to the Constitution
The Constitutional Court is obliged to do what is necessary. Everyone is subject to the Constitution and the provisions of the Constitution are final
and the constitutional provision read in the TBMM for Can Atalay is valid and legal and what is necessary must be done
The decision given by the Supreme Court regarding Can Atalay is invalid. Here, the duty of political parties is to file a criminal complaint against the AKP for its behavior contrary to the Constitution, but political parties remain silent
and silent Constitutional decisions are final and cannot be annulled by any judicial body
Constitution 1- The Republic of Turkey is a republic 2- The Republic of Turkey is a democratic, secular and social state governed by the rule of law, based on the fundamental principles of Atatürk's nationalism, respecting human rights within the understanding of public peace, national solidarity and justice. Article 6, Sovereignty unconditionally belongs to the nation.
The executive authority to govern the Republic of Turkey belongs to the Presidency and the Council of Ministers. They govern in accordance with the Constitution and laws. If this article is not complied with, the government is warned and a closure case is filed in the event of a continuation.
