How weird is that two countries, Sweden and Turkey, which are two far in distance to each other have such common words in their languages. Futhark alphabet (predecessor of Runic Alphabet) is known to have the same origin with the ancient Turkish (the current Turkish has been intermixed with Persian language a lot in the recent history). If you want to compare the ancient Turkish with the Futhark language you can check the Gokturk Alphabet.

I am afraid, from a scientific point of view, Swedes and Turks have nothing in common genetically. I would understand the Finns and Turks having some kind of distant relationship but Swedes??? Swedes are a Germanic people period. Maybe in the distant past, a group of Turkic people travelled all the way to Scandinavia, settled there and mingled with the Germanics over time but that does not mean that Swedes have Turkic roots.

In truth we will never know because in the past there was no such thing as nationalism and even Turks were divided.

For all you know Germanic people may be a mixture of Turkic and something else.

In addition as a renowned historian, Sven Lagerbring did years of research, so why would he lie about this? But obviously many Europans would never accept his study hence why he isn't mainstream.

finnish estonian hungarian and turkish are same language family.

Just listen some finnish, it is melodically very similar. But swedish is complately diffferent, they have some melody in their language which we dont have. And swedish is very close to german.

Anyone can speak german able ti read swedish 50 percent.
